Hong Kong Toby is an old clumsy tow truck robot. Unlike the handsome fire engine Flame and ambulance Rig, who are always surrounded and admired at emergency scenes, Toby looks old and unremarkable. Even the light on his head is loose and has to be held together with tape. Toby works hard and keeps improving himself every day, hoping that one day he can fight side by side with Flame and Rig.
