But the people realize that he is illiterate and because he is illiterate he has jeopardized the economy, the people take back their votes but the scarecrow tortures the people with a whip, the people unite, the scarecrow falls. After the fall of the scarecrow, people together rebuild the industrial city. People use their body parts to build their homeland and their industrial city.
