Colombia, 1970. Genaro, a guerrilla soldier who takes part in the war with conviction and earnestness, witnesses a spider entering and hiding inside the barrel of his rifle. The next day, when he is about to clean his weapon, he discovers a web of geometric figures woven inside the barrel. As he spins it, he ends up fascinated by the kaleidoscopic effects it produces, so he decides to postpone cleaning it. From then on, Genaro grows completely dazzled by the complex universe that the spider creates inside the barrel of his gun. Such fascination, hatched by discovering life in an artifact made to kill, will lead him to desist from the war.
