Based on Dario Fo's "Steal a bit Less", this animated music video is a political satyre and it means no offence or disrespect to the actual mentally challenged people of the world. In an asylum for mentally challenged people, the loonies are singing about all the new behaviors they are being taught to be able to be reintegrated into society.
