In the wonderful world of Purdee and all her pals, Baby Bee, on his first day out with Daddy Bee, loses his boot. It takes Purdee and all her friends to help him find it. Richard Kinsey's wonderful characters include Waddles and Twaddles, the 2-headed caterpillar, Wiggledy, the skateboarding worm, Melvyn, the snail, and Hoppington, the tea-serving orchestra-conducting grasshopper.
