Believing that this Grim Reaper is her way out of her problem, she follows him around the hospital as he reaps his souls, seeking his help. However, there is more to Mei Ling’s condition than meets the eye…

Blue stands still for a moment, shocked at Orange’s fate. He then flees the circus into the streets, and expresses regret over his actions. Just then, Red comes along. As Blue makes his way back to the circus, a car zooms towards them. Red tries to warn Blue but it is too late, the car smashes into both of them. When the scene clears, Red looks down at himself, surprised that he is unharmed. Nearby, Blue is lying in a pool of blood, fatally injured. His blood is dyeing his clothing and hair red. To Red’s shock, he realizes that Blue is himself and that he was relieving his actions from the past. As Blue dies, Red tries to run towards his corpse, but vanishes into thin air.

December 2011, in a town in northern Italy, a young man returns home as he does every evening. He parks his car and discovers his 16-year-old sister in tears in front of their house. She tells him that two young Romani guys have brutally raped her. The young man immediately goes in search of the attackers but cannot find them. The neighbourhood organizes a solidarity march in view of the event. The tension begins to rise…

The subject of the movie is someone's absence which leaves permanent marks on the present. The movie is consists of two layers: animated and video. The animation layer represents is a memory. The video layer is shows the present. Both of layers overlap to descend of them to make deepen the feeling of absence. The main character of the film is a dog which is still present during the whole of all the movie, but in fact his presence is only illusory.
